Established in 1993 as a machine shop to service the needs of the local marine industry. The company has quickly expanded it's customer base to include Britain's largest yacht manufacturers and both trade and private customers from all over the U.K, Ireland, the Channel Islands and Europe.
Propellers
A huge range of propellers are stocked including Gori Folding propellers. These allow extra speed under sail by the minimising drag. The extra speed under sail is substantial. The design prevents seaweed etc. fouling on the propeller. A further potential for optimum speed.
Shafts, Seals & Sterntubes
Sillette manufacture and supply a comprehensive range of Sterngear under the brand name of Lake Sterngear. All of our Stern Tube Assemblies and Propeller Shafts are manufactured to customer requirements.We also sell individual Shaft Seals.Traditional fixed and flexible glands.

Sterndrives & Saildrives
Sillette-Sonic was founded in 1975 producing the Sonic 100 sterndrive. This model is still in production in almost its original form. Now however, it is joined by many variations of propulsion system under the banner of "sonic" and "hydrodrive

We manufacture our own range of Lake Stern gear and to compliment this we are sole agents for GORI propeller and also ELICHE RADICE bronze propellers. We also stock a large range of PSS shaft seals, SEA STAR SOLUTION steering & control cables PROP PROTECTOR Rope Cutters, SURESEAL' shaft seals.
